Covid-19: Halls Fine Art Update

Halls would like to reassure their clients and prospective buyers and vendors that the Fine Art department is very much open for business and is continuing to offer valuations, hold online auctions and visit clients to do appraisals whilst observing government rules and regulations. Currently valuers are allowed to visit clients in their own homes, on a one to one basis. Valuations

We are still able to offer free auction advice and valuations, without obligation, to help you decide whether or not to sell at auction. Either email us images of your items along with measurements and any provenance that you know of or use our online valuation form and our specialists will get back to you.

Visiting Us - Deliveries for Auction

Following the current government guidelines, our building is now closed to the public. However, if you have had a valuation on your items from one of our specialists we can still accept delivery of these items for auction.

Please telephone us on 01743 450 700 or email adminfineart@hallsgb.com to book an auction delivery appointment with one of our specialists.

Once at our premises, drive around to the lobby at the rear of the building and call the number on the door to notify the team you are here. We ask all clients coming to Halls to wear a face mask and use sanitiser.

Collections

The Halls Fine Art saleroom team are always on hand to help, whether you are collecting in person or require advice about local carriers. Collection or shipping arrangements for lots can be made from midday on the next working day after the auction.

If you are the successful bidder and once you have paid for your items, please arrange a Collection appointment using our Click and Collect service. You can book your own appointment slot by clicking on the button below. Alternately phone us on 01743 450 700 or email adminfineart@hallsgb.com and state when you would like to collect. We will take your name and number for track and trace purposes and have your collection note ready for you to sign when you come.

Please ensure you have paid your invoice in full prior to arranging a Click and Collect appointment.
All collections can be made Tuesday – Friday 10am – 5pm from the right hand fire exit. Drive around the back of the building, past the rear lobby and you will come to another set of fire exit doors.
Appointments are 15 minutes each.
On arrival please call the number on the door (01743 450 728) to notify the team you are here.
All clients entering Halls are required to wear a face mask and adhere to current government social distancing guidelines.
