After another year of transformational revenue from the company's COVID-19 vaccine, Moderna has rewarded CEO Stéphane Bancel with a pay package of $19.4 million, according to a proxy statement (PDF). It is a raise of $1.2 million from the $18.2 million he collected in 2021.
