While questions remain about its implementation, it is clear that businesses will have to deal with the new law as well as state officials. | | Will your employees be able to use marijuana? | | | We do not allow alcohol use on the job and consider marijuana an equivalent as far as impairing judgement. We have not been drug testing but may have to begin once marijuana is available. My employees are enjoined from using alcohol and tobacco during the work day.
