| Question of the Week | | Tuesday we asked: Massachusetts voters have swept legal marijuana into the state by a margin of 54 to 46 percent, allowing adults 21 and older to possess and grow marijuana at home starting on Dec. 15. While questions remain about its implementation, it is clear that businesses will have to deal with the new law as well as state officials. | Will your employees be able to use marijuana? | | We do not allow alcohol use on the job and consider marijuana an equivalent as far as impairing judgement. We have not been drug testing but may have to begin once marijuana is available. My employees are enjoined from using alcohol and tobacco during the work day. They will also be enjoined from using (recreational) marijuana during the same period. My house ... My rules.
