Here's a workout you can complete anywhere! We’re focusing on the lower body because it’s the best way to get the most out of your workout in the least amount of time. First, try the side lunge + lift: Lunge out with your right leg and sit back as far as you can. Next, drive all your weight into your left heel as you come back up and bring your right knee up to your left elbow. Repeat 30 times on both sides.
