Customer-Journey Design and Management The purpose of this study is to build a deep understanding of how customer-journey design and management work is being done within real organizations. This is a 6-month longitudinal study. Those best suited for this study may include practitioners within traditional customer experience teams, UX practitioners who work closely with CX teams, or UX practitioners with a dedicated focus on journey-level experience optimization.
