Dear Yogi,

Ever feel like your hips just won’t move the way other people’s seem to in a yoga class? The hips are a hot topic in the yoga world... They’re said to store emotions, which could explain why poses such as pigeon can trigger tears. Hypermobility, and even pain in the hips and back are common. And too many are told they have ‘tight hips’.

If you feel like your hips are too inflexible for yoga, now is the time to shift that belief, because there are hundreds of postures in the practice which can help to build strength, improve mobility and increase flexibility in the hips. Check out our classes and articles below – full of the best yoga poses for 'tight hips'!

Plus, a FREE class with Esther to try this week!
