In this highly beneficial 10-day course, fitness expert, Niki Carr will help you create a morning practice that will get you invigorated, aligned, and ready for the day ahead. You'll learn simple stretches that can be done in bed to gently wake up and align the body, and additional moves for whenever you need an energy boost. To customize this for your morning routine, you'll receive two short exercise videos every day that you may choose from depending on your schedule, both designed to activate and strengthen the core, improve balance, and connect your breath to your body. Daily affirmation and gratitude journaling prompts will also be provided to nurture your well-being and inspire you throughout the day.
