The most significant film award events occur every year between November and March. The People's Choice Awards typically kick off the glitzy season, culminating with the Academy Awards.

The 2023 Oscars takes place on 12 March, during which winners of the industry's highest honours will be unveiled.

And while the above-mentioned honours the best in film, one award show does the exact opposite – the Golden Raspberry Awards.
