In my email yesterday... 

I mentioned that I'm in the process of hiring three new coaches to help me with my business. 

But what I didn't mention... 

...And what I'm a little embarassed to admit. 

Is that right now... 

Even though I have mentors, a "board of advisors", and friends I turn to for advice.

...I don't have a real "coach".  

Over the past few years...

I subconsciously let my success go to my head and convince me that didn't need coaching. 

But my amazing team put some pressure on me last week... 

...Helping me realize that I need to "eat my own dog food". 

And get the objective outside eyes, support, and accountability need to build the business I want. 

So over the next few days... 

I want to share the ten reasons I'm doubling down on my investments in coaching in 2020. 

And why I believe that every entrepreneur needs to invest in coaching to get where they want to be. 

(Note: Obviously my team and I sell coaching...

1. Objective, No-Holds Barred Feedback 

"Dude, you're never going to grow your business if you keep acting like such a jerk." 

That's what my buddy Bedros Keuilian told me a few years ago. 

And he was right... 

Back then I was a jerk. 

At least... that's how I came off to others. 

On the inside I thought I was a pretty nice guy who cared about his team and clients. 

But the curt and self-important energy I brought to my interactions didn't reflect that. 

I was still struggling with social anxiety and instead of addressing the issue head on... 

...I ignored it, "hoping" that it would go away. 

It wasn't until Bedros called me on my stuff that I realized how much my anxiety and attitude were hurting my business. 

And when I made the decision to fix it... my business took off in a big way. 

Listen... 

It doesn't matter how successful you are or what you've achieved. 

EVERYONE has blind spots that are holding them back from the next level. 

And until you get someone in your corner who is not only willing to call you out on those blind spots... 

...But who you're actually paying to do it. 

You're going to continue making the same (avoidable) mistakes over and over again. 

But when you have the right coach on your team... 

Someone who's willing to call you out and force you to level up your game.

...You can shave years off the process of success by identifying and fixing the big mistakes holding you back today. 

2. Massive Clarity 

I'm a big believer that one of the #1 reasons most entrepreneurs never get what they want... 

...Is simply because they don't have CLARITY on what they really want. 

Sure... 

They have some "good ideas" and general themes. 

They want to earn more, work less, look better naked, have a great relationship, and live a long life. 

But so does every other human on the planet. 

To achieve MASSIVE success you can't settle for "wandering generalities". 

Instead, you must get clarity on the "meaningful specific" goals that matter most to you. 

For example... 

My buddy Vince DelMonte was running THREE businesses at the beginning of 2020. 

And he hated two of them. 

In fact... 

When I asked him why he was building the supplement company that was responsible for 90% of his anxiety and stress. 

He told me, "Isn't this just what fitness entreprenreurs are supposed to do?" 

But when I helped him get clarity on the business he REALLY wanted to have... 

...Not only did he shut down two of his businesses. 

But he ended up tripling the profits from his "one thing" and making way more while working less. 

We live in a world where "Shiny Object Syndrome" distracts us from our vision... 

... And convinces us that we're "supposed" to be wasting time on projects and goals that aren't congruent with what we really want. 

But when you have the right coach on your team. 

They'll help you stay on target and develop laser-like focus on the things that matter most. 

3. Speed and Money 

A few weeks back... 

I had my friend and coaching client Frank Den Blanken join my marketing team on a call to help us fix our Facebook ads. 

We were bleeding money every week. 

And hadn't seen a single ROI positive day after more than 2 months of effort. 

But after 30-minutes with Frank... 

...We fixed our strategy, improved our systems, and got clarity on the "big levers" we needed to pull to make our ads work. 

And as a result...
