Duluth police: Man killed aunt, uncle, 2 kids before killing self
Duluth police say the five people found shot to death Wednesday inside a home in the city's East Hillside neighborhood were killed in a murder-suicide. Officials believe Brandon Taylor Cole-Skogstad, 29, was responsible for the killings of four family members at the home, where a family dog was also killed.

Little Earth patrols work to fill safety gap after breach in trust. During the unrest that followed the murder of George Floyd, members of the Little Earth Protectors, a Minneapolis neighborhood patrol, were caught between protestors and law enforcement. Two years later, residents of Little Earth are trying to improve the safety of the area, but they say trust in law enforcement is a work in progress. A recent report leaves unanswered who fired so-called less lethal munitions at people permitted to patrol their neighborhood.
Why your USPS mail package delivery is about to get slower. The U.S. Postal Service currently considers a first-class package to be late if it's delivered more than three days after it was sent. But under new standards that take effect next month, more than 30% of first-class packages will be seen as delivered on time if they arrive within four or five days.
