LAS VEGAS: Emporium Arcade Bar is now open in the northwest corner of AREA15, a recently opened art and entertainment district located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Founded in 2012 in Chicago, the bar features classic arcade games such as pinball, foosball, basketball hoops and more, plus an extensive cocktail menu and an ongoing calendar of live events. At full capacity, the space can accommodate as many as 450 guests upstairs and 150 downstairs.

MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: The Coral Springs Center for the Arts is celebrating the return of live music with a performance by touring tribute group Abba Mania on Feb. 23. The 1,471-seat theater will be operating under strict health and safety protocols. Tickets are available now and start at $24.

The Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) is hosting a virtual winter market March 23-25. The theme of the three-day event is “Navigating the New: Reimagining the Future of Design"; it will feature a series of discussions curated specifically for design-industry professionals. In efforts to set the tone for an optimistic 2021, topics will include adaptations in the design community, adjustments needed to prevail and more.

NILES, OHIO: Columbus Hospitality Management and Cafaro Company have opened the Eastwood Event Center, a 30,000-square-foot full-service event facility with 14-foot ceilings, sophisticated audiovisual equipment, and large projectors and drop-down screens. The venue is conveniently located midway between Cleveland and Pittsburgh in northeast Ohio, and it is surrounded by three commercial airports.

SAN FRANCISCO: The Arc San Francisco is hosting its 19th annual Arc Breakfast virtually on March 11 in an effort to support the nonprofit learning center. Dubbed “Let’s Keep it Going,” the digital-only fundraising event will feature music, videos, tributes and awards. Attendees in the Bay Area will receive hand-delivered breakfast kits to enjoy during the program complete with coffee, mimosas, a breakfast recipe with ingredients and a special surprise.
