• IPPS analysis: Detailed review of the IPPS Final Rule and how changes may affect your patient population and documentation needs
• CDI education webinars: Quarterly calls that provide custom CDI-focused education on topics identified in collaboration with your organization, ranging from compliance reviews to denial prevention
• Problem-solving discussion calls: Twice per year, your CDI education specialist will provide personalized advice, coaching, or education on top-of-mind issues identified by your team, such as medical record review, coding and CDI dispute resolution, and other pain points in between.
• On-call access to a CDI education specialist (12 hours)
