INDUSTRY NEWS

DALLAS/FORT WORTH: The Dallas Holiday Parade will be held downtown on Dec. 4 starting at 10 a.m. Highlights include floats and large balloons, marching bands, dance teams, several costumed characters and Santa. Admission is free, but bleacher seating is available to purchase for $25.

LAS VEGAS: Lip Smacking Foodie Tours will be hosting a walking tour excursion of four restaurants at the new Resorts World Las Vegas. The tour is 2.5 hours, and guests can enjoy a curated menu with three to four dishes at each stop as well as dessert at the final stop. Individuals or private groups of up to 100 people can be accommodated at the experience, which costs $199 per person. 

MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: Pinta, the Latin and Ibero-American art fair, will be open to the public from Dec. 1-5. The fair is at a new location on NE 34th street in between the Miami Design District and Wynwood, and there will be 26 galleries featuring art from 11 different countries. This year, the gallery is focused on four themed areas including the main section, solo projects, special projects and PINTA live.

NEW YORK: 24 Hour Plays recently announced that it will host its 21st annual The 24 Hour Plays Broadway Gala on Dec. 11. The event will feature plays, musicals and monologues—all written, rehearsed and performed in just 24 hours. There will be tickets to join in-person watch parties in New York and Los Angeles, or guests can purchase a ticket to watch a livestream.

Glenn Close and the Bring Change to Mind Board (BC2M) will host the ninth annual Revels and Revelations on Dec. 2 in support of teen mental health. The event will be at City Winery and several celebrities will be in attendance and receiving awards including Chase Stokes, Dan and Eugene Levy and more. All funds from the event will go towards BC2M's national high school and PSA programs to end the mental health stigma.
