Quick tip of the dayEven the most expensive tier of Netflix only allows up to four simultaneous streams. And if you only pay for the standard plan, that’s just two simultaneous streams — the horror. If you’re locked out, follow these steps: Open Netflix on a computer and click on the profile icon at the top right of the homepage.Choose Account and scroll down to the Settings menu.Locate an option called Sign out of All Devices. Click Sign Out.And if you want to keep all those moochers off your account for good, you need to change your password. It’s easiest to do this on a computer. Visit the Netflix password reset page. Pro tip: Don’t log in as you normally would, since that would sign the unwanted users back in as well. The page linked here is for forgotten passwords, which allows you to reset without logging in. |
