The Great Reshuffle: New poll finds a roil among places where we toil

According to a new poll from the Deseret News and Hinckley Institute of Politics, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed where Utahns are spending their workday:

54% of workers are entirely on site.
29% have some sort of hybrid work schedule.
17% are working remotely from home.

Inflation, economy get top billing during Utah’s 1st Congressional District debate

Republican incumbent Rep. Blake Moore and Democratic candidate Rick Jones both agree that the economy is the top priority for voters, although they don’t agree on what is the root cause. Moore believes that the federal government’s massive spending is the biggest inflationary force while Jones indicated his belief that the COVID-19 pandemic, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and lack of antitrust regulation are to blame.
