Hey, and happy Monday!

A couple weeks back I forked over $24K to join a high-level coaching program to help my team with scaling our offers on cold traffic. 

We're already doing "good".

And on average... 

We bring in anywhere from 50-90 sales a day on our $47 morning routine course with decent profit margins.

BUT… 

...The past few weeks, we've been getting stuck.

One day we’d push up to 98 sales…

And the next we’d be back down to 81.

Then 52. 

Then 80 again. 

It's like there's some invisible ceiling we can't break through… 

… EVEN though we seemed to be doing everything right. 

So I took my own advice…

And found a mentor who has "Been there, done that" and achieved what I want to achieve. 

After some quick research and found what appeared to be exactly what I needed.

In fact, by the time we jumped on a call with their sales guy… 

I was basically already sold.

That is UNTIL…

I found the holes in their game.

Now it was nothing completely unforgivable…

...And we've gotten a ton of value from the program since this. 

But they dropped the ball a bit in their sales process.

Because there was almost ZERO communication between the two reps we spoke with…

And given that I was looking to make a $24,000 investment with them… 

I was NOT impressed with the lack of homework they’d done on us. 

When you're selling high ticket, you've got to show you’re familiar with your prospect and their needs... 

… So they can be confident the solutions you prescribe are the right ones.

And if I hadn’t been “pre-sold” on their service...

I might have ended that call right there.

I'm not sharing these to beat up on these guys... 

...But rather to point out that most entrepreneurs (even ones at the $20MM+ level). 

Have HUGE holes in their business that are costing them hundreds of thousands in revenue... 

...Without them realizing it. 

Which leads me to the two main things I want to give you to help avoid this in YOUR business:

1. You Need to Find the Holes

How? With outside eyes.

You can try on your own to go through things like your sales process, onboarding process…

… ads, funnels, fulfillment, and whatever else…

But you don't know what you don't know. 

And 100% of the time, you'll miss a big "profit hole" that would be obvious to almost anyone else. 

But when you invest in coaching and mentoring from the right expert... 

You can "buy speed" and move toward your big goals 10X faster than you are today. 

2. Fix Them

Fill your holes in and smooth them over so no one even knows they were there in the first place.

These "profit leaks" are the main reason so many people struggle to make enough money in their business…

... But when you get the right feedback. 

And you know exactly what you need to do to stop your business from bleeding profits. 

You can turn your entire business around in a matter of weeks. 

I know this sounds like common sense... 

And it is. 

But it's not common practice. 

And I know hundreds of entrepreneurs who are suffering in silence and needlessly struggling... 

Simply because they're too stuborn to ask for help and admit that they don't have all the answers. 

But the BEST entrepreneurs and performers know that they don't have all the answers. 

And ruthlessly seek out the experts they need to find the solutions that will take them to the next level. 

So if you want to grow big in 2020... 

Do what the best do. 

Get help. 

Find the holes. 

Plug them. 

And profit.
