The London Symphony Orchestra is serving up one more bitesize musical treat at the Barbican before the year's out, and this one's extra special. For the last Half Six Fix concert of 2023 — taking place on Wednesday 6 December — the LSO perform Tchaikovsky's intensely moving Symphony No.6.

For the uninitiated, Half Six Fix is the LSO's way of making orchestral music more accessible, with affordable ticket options, a laidback vibe, and points of reference for those new to the genre. Each concert starts at 6.30pm with an introduction from your conductor, who'll reveal all sorts of interesting nuggets related to the piece you're about to hear.
