ALB’s annual survey of the best law firms to work for in China quizzes lawyers working for law firms on a variety of issues, ranging from career prospects within their firm to mentorship opportunities and work-life balance. Responses to the survey are then used to pick the best law firms to work for, or the “Employer of Choice.”
