Play your part in the 2020 CDI Salary Survey.

Dear CDI professional,

In 2019, for the first time since ACDIS began surveying its members some 13 years ago, the top salary bracket for CDI specialists was $80,000–$89,999 (18.61%), followed closely by those who made $90,000–$99,999 (17.48%).

But 2020 is nothing like 2019. ACDIS needs to hear from you. The 2020 Salary Survey is now open and your responses matter. They will help others understand how their situation is either similar across the country or whether their current predicament represents an aberration from national norms.

Your responses will help CDI programs understand how others have, and continue to, rise to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. Your responses will help CDI program managers and leaders make the case for new positions, career ladders, and salary increases as warranted. Your responses will help CDI professionals like you make the case for their own worth.

Your responses matter. Please take a few minutes to respond to this year’s Salary Survey by Monday, November 2.

Best regards,

Linnea Archibald
