《亚洲法律杂志》（ALB）很高兴地向您宣布：2021年ALB上海科创板首次公开发行手册目前正在筹备之中，并预计于2020年底出版。本手册将同时以中英双语发行，在出版后一年时间内，为寻求科创板上市的企业提供全方面指导。

自2019年7月迎来首批上市公司，上交所科创板凭借其鲜明定位及注册制优势，成为了中国资本市场的重要组成部分。2019年，通过科创板上市审核企业达109家，占当年A股通过审核总数近一半。2020年第一季度，科创板依旧以24家上市企业、288.44亿元人民币募资，拔得中企境内外上市头筹。

此本《手册》正是在这样的背景下产生。其将涵盖多个主题和章节，包括科创板与其他境内外资本市场比较、IPO前准备、IPO申请流程、知识产权相关问题、IPO中的税务考虑、上市企业合规等。

该手册是继颇受市场好评的2020版ALB香港首次公开上市手册后，由ALB主导编纂的最新资本市场类指导手册。

目前，该手册已得到了包括Carey Olsen Group Services Ltd、澄明则正律师事务所、通商律师事务所、德恒律师事务所、天达共和律师事务所、国枫律师事务所、海润天睿律师事务所、嘉源律师事务所、竞天公诚律师事务所、世辉律师事务所、天册律师事务所在内多家机构支持，他们将以丰富的市场经验，作为撰稿人参与本手册编写。

STAR MARKET IPO HANDBOOK 2021

Asian Legal Business is proud to announce the 2021 edition of its handbook ALB Guide to Shanghai STAR Market IPOs. The handbook will be published in English and Simplified Chinese, and is intended to have a one-year shelf life.

Introduced only less than a year ago, Shanghai STAR Market has already become an important part of Chinese capital markets by its special focus on hi-technology enterprises and innovative registration mechanism. By far, over one hundred Chinese enterprises has successfully listed on it and the market is seeing it gaining more weight.

This ALB handbook covers a number of topics and chapters including comparison between the STAR Market and other domestics and offshore capital markets, pre-IPO preparation, IPO application process, intellectual property issues, tax consideration in an IPO, and compliance issues of listed companies, among others.
