Small Magazine Rebate The NMAF strives to ensure that the awards recognize the best work from a broad base of Canadian magazines, and to that end, is offering the SECOND ENTRY FREE to magazines whose annual revenue is $200,000 or less. If eligible, your magazine will receive two entries for the price of one. The rebate applies only to the first two entries.
Freelancer Support Fund The National Magazine Awards is pleased to offer a special discount to freelancer writers, photographers and illustrators who enter their own work for consideration. The Freelancer Support Fund allows independent writers and creators to submit 2 entries at the discounted rate of Buy-One-Get-One FREE!
We’re partnering again with LinkedIn Learning and Ontario Creates to offer Ontario-based publishing professionals free access to a series of online courses and resources. It’s completely free to sign up, and you (and your team!) will gain access to LinkedIn Learning’s online learning platform for a year. There are thousands of video courses available on LinkedIn Learning, but we’ve made it easy to start with the NMAF Masterclass Series, a collection of LinkedIn courses and other resources that we’ve curated specifically for magazine publishers and creators. Spots are limited, so don’t delay! We have a total of 40 LinkedIn Learning licenses available for Ontario-based publications and/or freelancers, which we’re offering on a “first come, first served” basis. To participate, please contact staff@magazine-awards.com with “NMAF Masterclass Series” in the subject line.
