Soybean processing is one of the fastest-growing industries in agriculture. Plans are in the works for 18 new soybean processing plants and more are on the drawing board. With the push for low carb fuels, such as renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel, anywhere from 5 to 14 million additional soybean acres will be needed for the market.

"This took a little bit of planning. They had to know the corrals are there. They had to see the cows right next to the corrals," says Steve McEndree. "It took two semis to haul them off. It was probably a three-man operation."
