In gathering predictions for 2025, there was a lot of discussion about AI agents. The experts agreed the agents will be widely adopted and have a significant impact. There was less consensus about where the impact would be felt.
Some thought it would be in customer experience, others thought it would be driving foot traffic locally and gaining deep insights to improve campaigns and messaging. Maybe there’s an application that hasn’t occurred to you or a problem an AI agent can solve. (I’ll also point out there are many other predictions related to the CX space that don’t involve agents, or not yet at least.)
