$20M in Flint, Saginaw, Bay City transportation earmarks survive in bill headed to Congress
A massive federal transportation bill is headed to Congress and $20 million in earmarks for projects in U.S. Rep. Dan Kildee’s congressional district are included, including $2.3 million to purchase new buses in Saginaw and $1.6 million to rebuild a brick street in downtown Flint.
