Welcome to a revolution in fitness, and welcome back to your best body, with way more free time! I'm Sadie Nardini, founder of two complementary practices I'll offer you here in this course. I made this Tabata Yoga challenge for you because I want you to have fun and freedom with your fitness and self-care!
I'm 46 years old, and I look and feel stronger, leaner, and more energized than I did when I was 20. I was 40 pounds overweight back then, and I got closer to my healthiest weight with yoga. But yoga wasn't enough, and long, hard gym workouts only left me exhausted, and still flabby. I worked out doing yoga and sometimes on the cardio machines at the gym for 1-2 hours a day, and after 20 years of strong yoga, I was still 10 stubborn pounds heavier. I ate the same as I do now: pretty healthy, and then some tacos.
With the Tabata Yoga challenge, something I do for my main workout practice to this day, I finally burned away that last stubborn 10 pounds, toned up my whole body, optimized my cardio like a boss, and at 46, I suddenly have abs! Here's an unfiltered pic of me after a year of doing this Tabata Yoga routine... toned, lean, and strong.
And I did this all while decreasing the amount of time I exercised from 2 hours most days to about 90 minutes total for the whole week. That's 25 minutes, 4 times a week, with every other blissful day off, something I never thought was possible for me. Now I get to keep my beloved wine, fries, tacos, abs, and happiness, which is good, because I love to eat way more than I like to exercise. These effects will happen for you too, as they have for over 100,000 people who are currently doing the program. And we can all thank science for the amazing effect.

Great for strong beginner to intermediate/advanced levels of yoga or fitness-lovers. This challenge is something you can fit into your busy life, and finally get your freedom back along with your best healthy & strong self.
Q: Why should I do this program over others?
A: Because it works faster and better than anything I, and hundreds of thousands of clients have tried. And science backs it up! This blend of yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is literally the best exercise you can do and it takes the least amount of time. In just a few minutes a day, you can spark strength, cardio health, calorie and fat burn as if you've worked out for hours. It's pretty incredible.
Q: Will this be too hard for me?
A: That depends. If you're healing from a recent injury, or need a really gentle form of movement, then this course probably isn't the best fit for you. This program is for those with pretty good range of motion, who are in good health and relatively strong (you are moderately active in your life and fitness). If you have a little joint issue here and there, like your knees aren't great or your wrists don't bend well, you can absolutely do these moves your own way. I give many options. However, this is a strong, fitness-based yoga program that assumes you can get on the floor, hold a plank pose for a while (even if your knees or forearms are down), and move around enough to get sweaty.
Q: Are your HIIT moves brutal on the joints like most of the gym classes I've tried?
A: No way! I'm an anatomy expert, and I designed all my signature HIIT movements to be easier on your joints, but still give you the miracle-level fitness results of regular HIIT. I even have many modifications for those who are building strength or need variations for their limitations.
Q: What's this strange word: Tabata?
A: Tabata is the name of a Japanese doctor/researcher who found the most effective timing for HIIT exercise: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 4 minutes. We apply this blueprint to every main workout you'll do with me, to ensure the greatest results in the least amount of time.
