| It’s that time of the year when we not only celebrate our beloved former president Nelson Mandela’s birthday, but also make use of Mandela Day (18 July) to give back and inspire change. It’s fallen to us to carry on his legacy, and there’s no better time to start taking charge of the pursuit of positive change than on Mandela Day. |

| Once merely the great statesman’s birthday, the day’s now been transformed into an unofficial international philanthropic event that encourages individuals across the world to spend 67 minutes doing good in honour of the 67 years Mandela devoted to fighting for social justice. Make a difference this year. |
