Worcester-based Compassionate Homecare and three individuals have been indicted in connection with allegations that they stole over $800,000from the state's Medicaid program. The charges brought by Attorney General Maura Healey include allegations of overbilling and billing for services never provided.

The Worcester Regional Transit Authority has officially opened its new $90 million maintenance and operations facility. The newly constructed 156,000-square-foot building replaces a facility that was constructed in 1928.
