Dr. Hand is a Pre-Project Scientist for the development of a Europa Lander/Ocean Worlds Lander mission concept, and researches the physics and chemistry of the icy moons in our solar system. He’s recently authored the book “Alien Oceans: The Search for Life in the Depths of Space”.
