3 day COVID-19 lockdown

As you would have heard this afternoon from the West Australian Premier Mark McGowan, Perth and the Peel region are going into a 3-day lockdown from 12.01am Saturday 24 April until 12.01am Tuesday 27 April.

What City facilities will be closing?
The City will be closing all of its facilities including:
  • Cockburn ARC
  • Seniors Centre
  • Cockburn Youth Centre
  • Cockburn Libraries
  • Henderson Waste Recovery Park
  • Port Coogee Marina
  • Facilities for hire
  • Playgrounds and skateparks.
Have you booked a facility for the long weekend?
All City community facilities and halls will be closed from 12.01am Saturday 24 April to 11.59pm Monday 26 April.

If your booking falls between 6pm Friday 23 April to 11.59pm Tuesday 27 April and you wish to cancel or amend it, please email
bookings@cockburn.wa.gov.au and we will do this free of charge.
 
Do you have a sporting activity on this long weekend?
If so, please note that they cannot take place from 12.01am Saturday 24 April to 11.59pm Monday 26 April.
