Good morning. Colorado recently became the first state in the country to pass a law specifically pertaining to artificial intelligence. The Colorado AI Act focuses on regulating algorithmic discrimination in “high-risk” sectors like employment, housing and education, and applies to all developers and deployers of AI operating in the state. In today's featured article, LTN's Isha Marathe takes a look at some of the key aspects of the law that companies will want to know in order to be in compliance when it goes into effect.
