And gratitude for the challenges, learning, evolution, victories & memories that are still yet to come.

We are going to help you make the rest of the year the BEST of the year!

And to make sure you keep getting even better results…

Today I’m sharing 3 red hot sales tips from Coach Daniel:

How to Close More Deals

by Daniel Woodrum

1. Have Polite Persistence

I’ve noticed that a lot of coaching clients give up way too easily when it comes to follow up.

They assume that if they reach out once or twice and someone doesn’t respond… that means the prospects are not interested.

I shared the idea with my clients of being politely persistent because my clients were giving up way too easily when reaching out and following-up.

I told them my philosophy that unless someone tells me to leave them alone or they are flat out not interested, they are still a solid lead and are interested.

Be polite. Be persistent.

And one day the time will be right for your prospect to buy.

2. Strike While The Iron Is Hot… Because Hot Leads Go Cold FAST

I also had a couple of conversations this week with clients who didn’t have enough urgency with follow ups.

One of my clients generated 700 email contacts from a big conference she sponsored…

She was going to “wait” to reach out to those contacts… but I told her that would be a missed opportunity.

People are most excited and willing to give you their time right after an event… so strike while the iron is hot.

This is no time to be playing games!

As Craig and his top clients always say, “Success loves Speed.”

“Speed is your friend. If you truly believe in your products, services, and message, it’s your job to get in front of as many people as possible. It can’t sit well with you if you’re coasting or doing things that aren’t moving the needle. You must always be thinking, ‘How can I impact and help more people?’ It’s your job to accelerate it with whatever resources you have.” – Joel Marion, $100 Million Man

3. The Power of Micro-Action:

I find that many entrepreneurs have an “all or nothing” approach… another way to phrase that is “it’s always an Either/Or”.

I’m a big believer that successful high performers are able to “Manage Expectations” and AFAW (Always Find A Way).

One of my new clients was traveling for a month in France for work.

During our kick-off call he was saying he wanted to both go for a walk in the morning and do some creative writing, but only had a 1 hour time block and couldn’t do both.

I challenged him on that… and said, “why can’t you take a 20 minute walk, come back immediately to your room and knock out 30-35 minutes of creative writing?”

Feedback from one morning of this new approach:

“Got to walking this morning...and even writing. I was a bit skeptical as to how I was gonna respond to sitting down and doing it, and it didn't take very long to reconnect and get excited about what I'm writing on. Was happy I got to it. Felt great!”

Remember…

Craig wrote his books in his 15 minutes of Magic Time in the mornings.

This same concept applies just as much if not more to your sales and marketing efforts.

Done consistently, Micro-Action output piles up!
