Thirty percent of you will be running through Target with me (I’ll need Starbucks first) and 21% are making progress. Well done! Now I want to hear about your favorite holiday traditions. Do you go caroling every year? Do you and your family don new pajamas and open gifts? Here are some of mine: Stealing gifts from cousins and siblings during the annual white elephant gift exchange Receiving the McDonald’s $5 gift certificate booklet Grandma Namahoe gave the grandchildren Making my dad’s shortbread cookies -- the ones served at his school in Hawaii back in the day Drinking hot cocoa and eating donuts with my children as we walk our local neighborhood and admire the decorated homes. The guy with the trains was my son’s favorite Attending Christmas Eve service with my family What about you? How do you celebrate this time of year? Let me know! And if you enjoy this brief, tell others so they can benefit also.
