| | Don Kaufman here. | You know, I'm going to step in front of the freight train here. | I know that sounds crazy, but effectively what we have right now is Oracle setting up for a gamma squeeze, Disney testing those highs again, and Roblox - I mean, this thing has literally run 111% since April. | But here's the thing, and I have to tell you, when retail traders are rushing in buying calls like there's no tomorrow, that's exactly when I get systematic about this. | Look, I just laid out three specific trades on Schwab Network that go completely against what everyone else is doing right now. | And you know, while the crowd's chasing momentum, I'm positioning for what happens next. | Oracle's Gamma Squeeze Setup | So Oracle right now is butting up against kind of all-time highs. And we've seen this in anything related to tech right now - when it starts to come right into the all time highs, there's been massive amounts of retail call buying. | Effectively what that means is retail traders are rushing in, they're buying calls, and it's literally forcing these stocks to the upside in what is often termed a gamma squeeze. The market makers are selling you those calls, but then they're turning around and buying shares of stock to mitigate their exposure. That call buying is literally forcing the underlying to the upside. | I'm going to trade along with it, but you know, there's a specific level where this thing is ready to rock and could explode to the upside. I've got the exact call spread mapped out for this one. | "Stuck in the Middle with Mickey" | | | | Disney - you know, you look at like a nine-month chart in Disney and you're like whoa, this thing could have a big breakout. You open up to a three, four, or five year chart on Disney and you're like, whoa, this thing - you are stuck in the middle with Mickey. | I mean, it's literally trading from $80 to $120 to $80 to $120, time and again. It's just been kind of cycling through that. And I have to tell you, it's very close to that $120 level right now. | I don't think Mickey has the legs to take us to new highs here. At least new highs in the last couple of years. So I'm going to trade it to actually look for a little bit of a pullback. I've got a specific put spread setup for this one. | The Roblox Freight Train | | | | This is going to be a very controversial take, and again, I like to be not the first one over the wall - I go right through the wall. | Roblox has run from $50 to like almost $105 here. That's $51 straight closes over the ten-day moving average. At this point in time, you know, it's too late to want to hop on this freight train. | I'm actually going to take a short position here and look for a pullback, but not right here. | I'm going all the way out to September. I just feel at this point in time it's probably somewhere close to some of the final innings, and it will probably pull back. And I have to tell you, I want to be part of that pullback. | This is one of the most wild looking charts I've seen kind of in recent history with how linear this particular run happens to be. | The Risk/Reward Setup | You know, generally speaking, the risk reward right now is not evenly balanced. Yes, there's upside potential, but the downside risks just the next couple of days are still very much there. | I've got the exact strikes, spreads, and debits mapped out for all three of these trades. The Oracle gamma squeeze parameters, the Disney range fade setup, and the Roblox freight train short - all with specific July and September expirations. | Want the Complete Trade Details? | I broke down all three setups with the exact mathematical reasoning in my full Schwab Network interview. You'll see exactly how I'm positioning these spreads while everyone else is chasing the breakout. | WATCH THE FULL BREAKDOWN HERE | To your success, | Don Kaufman | | | | THE MATRIX EXISTS (IN THE NQ) | | | | Tony Rago cracked the code: 10 hidden price patterns 99% of traders never see. | One shows exactly when institutional money FLOODS in—before the move happens. | → Watch The Training Here | | |
