$318M incentive plan for high-rise towers, downtown venues OK’d by Grand Rapids board

The Grand Rapids City Commission approved a request from a private economic development group for an amphitheater, a proposed downtown soccer stadium, and high-rise towers adjacent to the venues containing apartments, retail and office space, and parking.
