Poorly implemented diversity training can negatively affect the work performance of white men, according to a study from the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology. The aim of good training should be to educate white men on their privilege and how to use it honorably, said Bill Proudman, CEO and co-founder of White Men as Full Diversity Partners.
