Good morning. Much like everyone else, the courts were forced to enter new tech territory with the onset of the pandemic. From tesitmony via videoconferencing tools to new accommodations for ditigal evidence, the groundwork has been laid for remote and hybrid proceedings that will be the norm going forward. The courts' technological revolution seems to have stalled there, however, as they continue to see resistance to broader tech adoption.
