Good morning, Marketer, can I borrow a cup of data?

Where would marketing be without customer feedback? Whether it’s the lovely person telling you how helpful the staff is or the delighted customer thanking you for the email suggesting the perfect gift for Aunt Julia, feedback is always a joy to receive. 

Unfortunately, there are also other, less-positive types of feedback. Or so people tell me. While those types are less satisfying, they can also be more useful — providing insights into customer expectations and sometimes even ideas for new products or services.
