CHICAGO: Nonprofit organization The Chicago Scots will host its 20th annual Kilted Classic Golf Tournament on Sept. 30 at Cantigny Golf Course. This year, the festival will also continue to host C3, a space for creators to converge and celebrate creative communities with both virtual and in-person panels and conversations.

PHILADELPHIA: The highly anticipated W Philadelphia is now open across from City Hall. The 295-room property has gathering spaces including the Living Room, which features a wall of hand-painted, custom-ceramic skulls; Stevens’ Prophecy, a salon with artwork celebrating actress Grace Kelly; and the WET Deck, which includes a heated pool, a bar and a garden area for live performances. In all, there’s 45,000 square feet of event space spread across 37 meeting rooms.

SAN FRANCISCO: SF Sketchfest will host its 20th-anniversary edition from Jan. 7-23, 2022.
