Weekly Cattle Market Wrap-Up | Wheat pasture cattle ramp up volume

The feeder cattle receipts at our test auctions in the six Southern Plains states totaled 43,600 head, which was about 2,000 higher than last week. Last year, these same auctions totaled only 15,400 head (partially due to storms).
