Company makes $8 million investment in Victor Mill site

Origin Investments has made an $8 million preferred equity investment as part of the financing for Lively at Victor Park, a multifamily property being developed by Orange Capital Advisors and its construction arm, CF Evans, in Greer. Construction has already begun on the $51 million development.

Prisma Health will not reopen North Greenville Hospital ER

An emergency department built to serve the Travelers Rest area was closed as the hospital was designated to treat COVID-19 patients, but Prisma Health has decided to make the closure permanent.

Greenville sees state high in unemployment claims

The number of initial claims dipped to 3,398, down 439 from the previous week. Nationally, 751,000 claims were filed, a drop of 7,000 from the previous week. Greenville County saw a state-high 343 claims.
