Good evening,

Good evening,

The wins keep coming for Canva investor 5V Capital.

The Sydney-based private equity group’s closing in on a food sector deal – and the target is understood to be Victorian muesli and health snacks maker Table of Plenty.

Table of Plenty was set up nearly 20 years ago and sells its products via Australia’s major supermarkets and online. It’s understood to be keen to take on a private equity investor to help ramp up growth, and 5V Capital fits the bill.

Elsewhere, we have what appears to be a new investment strategy and initial public offering at Geoff Wilson’s Wilson Asset Management, and intel on PwC’s pitch to find a buyer for super secret cyber play Penten.

And we reveal Nomura’s move on InfraBuild.

Happy reading,
