Editor's Notes

We recently announced that Philly Tech Week, Technical.ly's biggest event series of the year, is going entirely virtual for 2020 — no surprise there. But we also introduced something new and exciting: the PTW20 Virtual Summer Series, a cross-industry collection of online events showcasing the many facets of tech, available to everyone regardless of locale.

Our next virtual event is "Gaming as a Social Movement," featuring a lunchtime conversation with Nerd Street Gamers' John Fazio and Balti Virtual's Will Gee alongside a friendly livestreamed match of Rocket League, on Thursday, July 23. Technical.ly Baltimore reporter Donte Kirby is moderating. More info here.

And reminder that July is Design Month of our editorial calendar: Read more here, and send us story ideas (for this theme or anything else) here.
