United Airlines has released details of its new, more inclusive, employee appearance standards, which change guidelines for hair, nails and makeup. Staff members are now allowed to sport visible tattoos, but there are limits to how large they can be, where they can be and what they can say.

Balancing Yourself
A study in the journal Sleep of 92 adolescents suggests that taking naps can enhance performance on long-term memory tasks. Study participants included those who habitually napped and those who did not, and the results showed that napping could improve memory test performance even in those who don't usually nap during the day.
