If you’re buying the cheapest peanut butter…

Flying in economy so you can save a few bucks…

Or driving a beater-car that is on its last legs…

All these things are contributing to your lack of abundance and sales.

It’s time to stop living broke.

You can’t sell high-ticket items to the affluent when you don’t know what it’s like to live affluently.

However, this DOESN’T mean spending frivolously…

“The trick to money,” as author Stuart Wilde says in his book of the same name, “is having some.”

Money is merely a form of energy…

And the difference between having it and not having it is sometimes just a small but subtle shift in consciousness.

Here are six ways to experience a 7-figure lifestyle — EVEN if you’re nowhere near a 7-figure income.

1) Invest in Yourself

“When I was 25, I spent my last $3,000 on an audio program and I can honestly say the investment and commitment to go ‘all in’ are the reasons for my success today,” says my friend Grant Cardone.

“Before that, I was addicted to drugs and obsessed with all the wrong things. One single investment changed the whole course of my life.”

“If you have a little bit of money, the only big play that you can make is to invest in yourself. Spend your money on developing new skills, gaining knowledge, and making powerful connections. You can never lose when you invest in yourself.

Wise words from a very wealthy man who came from nothing.

I’d say his strategy worked out.

2. Upgrade Your Work Environment

If your iPhone, iPad, laptop, mic, desk, or chair is old...

UPGRADE.

Get the absolute BEST option available – even if, and especially if, the price makes you cringe.

Now I’m not saying get something you don't need…

But get the best of what you need so that you can work better, be more productive, and ultimately make more money.

These upgrades are not an expense... they are an investment.

3. Treat Yourself Like a Professional Athlete

Buy the expensive food you know you need.

Invest in all the supplements you want.

Book the massage. Schedule the float tank. Treat yourself to the spa day.

You are a high-performance machine and your body and mind deserve to be treated like a Formula-One race car.

Garbage In. Garbage Out. ... OR ... Premium In. Premium Out.

Your choice.

4. Travel First Class

I cannot afford to fly economy when I am going to a coaching meeting or to give a speech.

Read that again. I cannot afford to risk my performance to save a few bucks.

Too often in my younger money saving years I sat in cramped economy, unable to work on my laptop, neglected by flight attendants, and stuck with one glass of water for 3-hour flight.

I would arrive dehydrated and with a vicious headache, requiring a nap at the hotel.

This wasted my time, and all for what?

Sure I saved a couple hundred bucks on airfare, but I lost more than that in time.

Likewise, you need to stop stepping over dollars to save dimes.

You must travel first class to all work events.

5. Enjoy a Monthly “Million Dollar” Experience

If you want to understand what affluent customers expect…

Then you’ll enjoy this “homework task”.

Each month I want you to enjoy an affluent experience.

Spend $300 on dinner for two with your significant other... stay in a suite at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton... rent a Porsche for half-a-day.

You can’t sell an affluent experience if you don’t know what one is...

But the good news is that you can try out “how the other lives” for not much money at all.

It’s a powerful lesson... and one that a good accountant might be able to help you write off. (*This is NOT tax advice!)

6. Do a Walkthrough of a 7-Figure Home

Take an afternoon to walk through a wealthy neighborhood.

Go through a 7-figure (or 8-figure!) open house.

Imagine yourself living there, working there, entertaining there, loving life there.

My friend Kent Clothier did this years ago in California...

He came to a house and said, "One day I'll live here in this mansion on the cliff overlooking the ocean in La Jolla."

Three years later... he did.

Today he lives there, loves it there, and has his dream life... there's no reason you can't do it too.

But it all starts with being able to picture it and believe it for yourself.

None of these actions will leave you broke.

But they will leave you better, wiser, and more understanding of how to live a rich life – even without a lot of money.

You’ll see what’s worth chasing and what’s not.

You’ll see what affluent customers expect – and you’ll know how to deliver it.

I’d love to hear what you do from this list…

Let me know!

Success Loves Speed,
