Hey, Happy Monday (and for my American friends, Happy Memorial Day!) This week, I decided to do something a little different. Instead of the normal Monday essay, I wanted to share something a bit more "personal". Specifically... I want to take you "behind the curtain" and show you the 7 major moves my team and I are taking to scale our business from 7 to 8-figures. They are... 1. Doubling Down on Instagram Social Selling Instagram Social Selling has generated a greater ROI for my business than any other strategy out there. In the past 2.5 years alone, we've brought in well over $2.4 million from my Instagram stories, blunt posts, and live rants. The best part? It's super simple and actually FUN to do (I can make sales whether I'm at the park with Daisy, dancing around the apartment with Michelle, or getting my hair buzzed like a GI-Joe). And in 2020, we'll be doubling down on Instagram even more and working to go from 110k to 500k followers. (Btw... if you want to learn how to use IG social selling to grow your business, be sure to check out this killer free training I made for you) 2. Replication As much as I love helping entrepreneurs double their income while slashing dozens of hours off their work week... ...I'm just one man. And my title as the "World's Most Disciplined Man" notwithstanding... There's a limit to how many clients I can work with before my bandwidth gets tapped. So to make sure I don't become the bottleneck to our company's success... I'm working on "cloning myself" and hiring new coaches to deliver The Ballantyne Method for me. This will free up my time to focus on the bigger picture and deliver even more value to more clients. Remember... your goal is to work on your business, not in it. 3. The War Room Social selling, email, and content marketing are all incredible. But there's no substitute for being able to run cold traffic to your biggest offers... And convert that traffic into buyers. Basically printing money out of "thin air". Simply put... if you want to scale fast. You have to be willing to outspend your competitors and buy attention instead of 'hoping' that it will come to you organically. Which is why I've put my friend and Editor for Early to Rise Austin in charge of our daily War Room meetings. Where my team and I get together every morning to brain storm, optimize, and review our paid marketing. We'll be spending a lot more time fine-tuning copy, building out ad campaigns, and hacking our different sales funnels. I've realized that for most businesses... The only thing standing between them and 7 or even 8-figure success is ONE killer offer that converts cold traffic. Like my friend Russel Brunson says... "Wherever you are in your life and business, you're only one funnel away from the life of your dreams." 4. Building Goodwill I'm a big believer in leading with the giving hand. Especially during chaotic and uncertain times like these... And one of the ways we've been doing that is by giving away copies of my best-selling books for free. Not only does this allow us to help "struckling" entrepreneurs increase their income while working less... ...But I've found over the years that some of my all-time best clients are the ones who started with books like The Perfect Day Formula. And selfishly, the more of my books I can get in the hands of people who need them. The better I'll do in the long run. 5. Throwing More Lines in the Water Like Grant Cardone and Gary Vaynerchuk... One of my big goals for 2020 is to develop "digital omnipresence." In other words, I want my content to be everywhere my customers are. Which means my team and I are tripling down on our "content engine" and putting out more content than ever before. We're refining our systems for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and email... ...And we're picking up steam even faster than I'd hoped for. Obvisouly, this level of content production might be overkill for some of you. But the lesson here is this... If you want to catch more fish (aka paying customers), you need to put more lines in the water. Success is nothing but a numbers game. And the more lines you throw out, the more you'll reel in over time. 6. Studying High Income Skills I'm a BIG believer that high-income skills--namely, copy, coaching, closing, speaking, and leadership--are the only thing that differentiate the companies that last from the ones that don't. Which is why now, more than ever before... I'm investing heavily to make sure my team and I have the skills we need to succeed. From hiring YouTube ad gurus to come in and teach me how to create high-converting video ads... To buying Stefan Georgi's RMBC copywriting system for my team... To re-reading Russel Brunson's Secrets trilogy... We're pulling out all the stops to acquire the skills we need to to grow to 8-figures. And if you're struggling to earn the income you want... THIS is the #1 fastest way to get unstuck and rapidly grow your income. 7. Investing in Coaching and Networking We've all heard the old cliche... "Your network is your net worth." But the thing is... Some cliches are cliches because they're true. And this is certainly one of them. Over the past 20 years, I've found that ANY problem in my life or business can typically be solved by asking WHO can help me (not HOW do I solve this myself). Which is why I'm investing in coaching and networking more than ever before. From my investing huge sums with internal "board of directors" and team of coaches... To spending $100,000 to be a part of my friend Joel Marion's $100 Million Mastermind experience... ...I'm doing everything I can to "surround myself with brilliance" and get around the men and women who will help me level up in every area of life. I know that right now, attending masterminds and live retreats isn't an option for most of us. But in the meantime, do what you can. Join Facebook groups -- like my Perfect Business Formula :) Get on LinkedIn. Use forums and social media to connect with people you admire. If you do... you'll level up your life and business faster than you ever thought possible. That's all for today. To Your Success, Craig |
