Hey everyone, You're at home more these days, and there's a good chance the kids will be doing at least a portion of their schooling at home, at least for the time being. That means there are more people rifling through the fridge and pantry looking for snacks throughout the day, yourself included. People have been writing in asking about healthy snacks that don't take much effort. So, I thought I'd throw together a list of go-to snacks that don't require much preparation, if any. 1. Hard boiled eggs. I like to make a half dozen or a dozen at the beginning of the week, then my wife Carrie and I can grab one whenever we feel like it. Boil for 7 minutes for soft, 10 minutes for hard-cooked. 2. Guacamole. Sure, there's some amount of prep involved, but a batch will last a few days. I like this recipe because there's bacon in it. 3. Chocolate Primal Fuel Shake. I'm digging Primal Fuel as a snack because it's satisfying, it tastes like a dessert, and you don't need a blender to mix it. Right now, you can get a FREE Chocolate Primal Fuel when you purchase one. |
