| Happy Sunday! Today, I'm sending you the second part of yesterday's email on the 7 tips to double your income. And like I said yesterday... No matter how bad the economy gets or what happens "out there". If you're resourceful, resilient, and relentless in your pursuit of success... You can achieve your big goals and dreams and make 2020 the best and most profitable year in your business. And these tips will help you do it... 1. Buy Speed One of the all time biggest mistakes that most entrepreneurs make is believing they have to "go it alone." They suffer in silence... Carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders and doing everything in their business. They're the CPA, CMO, CEO, CFO, assistant, and janitor all at once. But to build an empire... You've gotta stop working in your business and start working on it. And the fasetest way to do this is to buy speed and hire people who are better than you at their job. Yes... it will cut into your profits in the short term. But when you have a high-performing team in your corner who can handle all of the day-to-day busywork that's not your job... You'll have the time and freedom you need to focus on the big profit drivers in your business and grow to the next level. This week, I want you to do an audit of everything you do in your business... What are the tasks and activities that eat away at your time that you don't need to be doing? What can you pay someone else to do better and faster? What doesn't need to be done at all? Take action on what you find. Buy speed. Build your team. And I promise, it'll be easier than ever to double your income. 2. Choose Discipline NOW to Achieve Freedom Tomorrow Jim Rohn famously said... "We must all choose one of two pains. The pain of discipline or the pain of regret. Discipline weighs ounces but regret weighs tons." And he's right... If you want to double your income, build an empire, and achieve true freedom in every area of your life... Eventually, you'll be forced to make a choice. A choice between discipline and regret... Between staying up late and binge-watching another episode of Billions... Or going to bed on time so you wake up early feeling refreshed and energized. Between allowing yourself to be distracted by shiny objects, social media, and other time wasters... And eliminating every tempatation and obstacle in your path so you can get the job done on time every time. Between doing what's comfortable now... Build a 90-Day Plan with Detailed Action Steps I'm a big believer that "Success is simple, once you accept how hard it is."
