The Democratic Party of Oregon’s voter contact programs have proven to be the key to electing Democrats up and down the ballot.

Our Local Elections Program has trained over 377 candidates and 500 activists since it was founded in 2013 and in 2021 alone, over 80% of the Democrats who filed won their local races.

Our Neighborhood Leader Program has already recruited over 2,500 Neighborhood Leaders who will make hundreds of thousands of targeted door knocks and calls to turn out the Democratic vote.

Our Grassroots Field Program – in 2020 we recruited over 7,300 volunteer shifts and those volunteers made over 1,070,000 calls, sent 240,000 postcards and a quarter of a million get-out-the-vote texts. In 2022 we are ahead of schedule and are building an even bigger statewide field program in order to win in November!
