MONDAY, APRIL 14, 2025 TODAY: Mostly Cloudy Highs: 72-78 Winds: South 5-10 mph Warmer weather will kick-off this 3rd week of April with afternoon highs climbing into the 70s. Expect more clouds than sun, but dry weather is expected during the day for your outdoor plans. TONIGHT: STORM ALERT Lows: 50s Winds: South to North 5 mph A cold front will approach tonight bringing the threat for strong storms. The Storm Prediction Center has a majority of the viewing area under the Level 2 out of 5 'Slight' risk category. This means a few storms could reach severe limits with damaging wind gusts and hail the highest risks. While an isolated tornado can't be ruled out, tornado chances are very low. Storms will approach the I-81 corridor by 8 p.m. with storms moving through the I-95 corridor between 10 p.m. to midnight. Outside of any storms, it will be cloudy and mild with temps in the 50s.
TUESDAY: WIND ALERT Mix of Clouds and Sun, Windy Highs: 64-68 Winds: West 10-20, Gusts to 30-40 mph Blustery weather is expected behind the cold front with wind gusts over 30 mph during the afternoon hours. High temperatures will be seasonably warm in the mid to upper 60s with morning clouds giving way to increasing late day sunshine. WEDNESDAY: Sunny, Breezy Highs: 57-64 Winds: Northwest 10-20, Gusts to 30 mph Wednesday will be the coolest day of the week with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s. It will be sunny and breezy with wind gusts to 30 mph during the afternoon. THURSDAY: Sunny Highs: 64-69 Winds: Northwest 5-10 mph Plan for a chilly start to the day with morning temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s.
