WEDNESDAY: Partly Cloudy Highs: 65-70 Winds: East 10 mph A change in wind direction will bring a change in temperatures. Cooler weather is expected closer to the Bay with high temperatures in the upper 50s. High temperatures will reach the mid 60s inside the Beltway with highs closer to 70 degrees in our southwestern zones. THURSDAY: Mostly to Partly Cloudy Highs: 60-65 Winds: East 5-10 mph A persistent easterly wind will keep temperatures in the 60s. This is still well above our average of 55. Morning clouds will give way to increasing afternoon sunshine.
